Tobii Dynavox has completed the acquisition of Rehadapt

Tobii Dynavox AB (publ) (“Tobii Dynavox”) has completed the previously announced acquisition of the German companies EIYott GmbH and Rehadapt Engineering GmbH & Co. KG (together “Rehadapt”).The transaction was announced on 30 June 2023. 

Tobii Dynavox has completed the acquisition of Rehadapt. After entering the agreement, the purchase price has been adjusted to EUR 16.6 million on a cash and debt free basis. The payment for the acquisition is made in two instalments. Today, the first instalment, corresponding to 95% of the payment, has been made and the second instalment will be made within the coming quarter. 

The payments are being made in cash and financed partly using own cash, partly using the extended term loan and using the existing revolving credit facility.

In addition to the purchase price of 16,6 MEUR, a potential earn-out consideration of up to EUR 3.5 million 12 months after closing of the transaction will be paid depending on the continued financial development of Rehadapt.
